QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree in Management / Law/ Finance or an alternative qualification acceptable to the Commission
Or - Qualified member of the ICSA
Or
- An alternative qualification acceptable to the Commission
EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years’ experience at management level

- Good listening and communicating skills (both oral and written)

- IT literate
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- To act as Secretary to the Commission and to represent the ICAC at high level committees
- To be responsible for the preparation and implementation of all policy papers
- To be responsible for the follow-up of all Board decisions while ensuring the implementation thereof by the respective Divisions
- To serve as a focal point for communication with members of Board and senior management
- To keep the Board informed on a regular basis on major issues relative to policy matters and administer critical policy and institutional matters as per instructions of the Board
- To make full arrangements for all meetings of the Board
- To perform such other duties related to the main duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and results expected from the Director Corporate Services in the roles ascribed to him
